Monitor Callibration and color spaces

Please guys i need help, i wanna know to calibration my monitor and which color profile do u use (for: PS, ACR, Lightroom and the monitor) sRGB which is the standard and not the best, Adobe RGB 1998, or ProPhoto RGB color space (which is the biggest one)
